How It Works

Submit your documents, and we’ll organize, review, and prepare your board package with clear formatting, polished financials, and board-ready presentation.

1. Submit Your Documents

Once you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive a checklist of required documents based on your transaction and building requirements.

Note: Turnaround times begin only after all requested documents have been fully submitted.

2. Financial Review & Package Preparation

We carefully review and organize your financials to ensure the application accurately reflects income, assets, liabilities, liquidity, financing structure, and board requirements. Complex financial profiles are structured clearly and strategically to minimize unnecessary board questions and delays.

3. Board-Ready Delivery

You’ll receive a professionally formatted, fully organized board package prepared for submission with clear labeling, polished presentation, and board-ready financial summaries designed to support a smoother approval process.

Why should an agent outsource board packages?

Board packages can consume hours of administrative work. Outsourcing allows agents to stay focused on clients, negotiations, and closings while ensuring the package is professionally organized and submission-ready.

Will my package be customized for my building’s requirements?

Yes. Every board package is tailored to the specific building, management company, and submission requirements involved in the transaction.

What if I’m missing documents?

We’ll guide you through what’s needed and help identify missing items before submission to reduce unnecessary delays and board back-and-forth.

I’m an agent. My client prefers to have their board package handled by a third party for discretion. Can I trust you with that process?

Absolutely. This is actually one of the most common reasons agents work with ACW Board Packager. Many clients prefer having a separate, confidential party handle their financials and board application materials.

Discretion and confidentiality are central to our process. During the consultation, we’ll walk you through exactly how communication, document handling, and submissions work. Once introduced, we can work directly with your client while keeping you informed with updates regarding progress, submission status, and approvals throughout the process.

Can you work with self-employed applicants or complex income structures?

Yes. We frequently work with self-employed clients, business owners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals with layered financial profiles. Our role is to organize and simplify complex financial information into a format boards can review efficiently.

What happens if the board or management company requests additional documents?

We assist with organizing and incorporating additional requested documents or revisions so the package remains consistent, professional, and properly updated throughout the process.

Can you work directly with attorneys, mortgage brokers, or accountants if needed?

Yes. We regularly coordinate with agents, attorneys, lenders, accountants, and other parties involved in the transaction to help streamline the board package process.
